I'm not sure how many of you guys caught it, but Tom Katers made an 8 episode return to podcasting with Tom's Week with Jimmy Olsen. It was pretty epic after the 1.5 year layoff. You can download it through the old Tom vs. Comics iTunes feed.

If you are unfamiliar with Tom Katers (former cohost of the late Around Comics) you should check out his Tom vs. the Flash and Tom vs. Aquaman (I'd skip Tom vs. JLA if you are new to TK). All of which can be found in his Tom vs. Comics feed.

I missed Tom's podcasts like crazy and the last 2 weeks were awesome. Here's to hoping this blip becomes more regular.

I'll give you what I wrote about Pirate vs. Ninja when I was reviewing books for IGN:

"It took FIVE people to make something this awful?"

Simply put, this is an idea whose time came and went a long time ago…and it needs to keep going. If you have $3.50 that's just burning a hole in your pocket, and you just love pirates and ninjas, by all means pick this up, but you'll get a lot more use (and better reading) if you bought some Charmin with it instead.
