Did Quantum and Woody end with any closure, or did the book get cancelled before any loose ends could be wrapped up?

I have no idea. I've never been able to get in to Valiant.

As I am sure you have noticed, Comixology has had several sales over the past several months for all of the Valiant titles. I have been picking them up that way and overall am enjoying them all. The price doesn't hurt either if you have any curiosity in them.

I can't fully hate Sinbad, if just because he was Black Lightning. Black Lightning!

Anyone notice how much of DC's most interesting stuff is their digital first stuff?

I actually want more of Shane's updates. I want a Who spotlight. I normally skip the comic talk because it is either old news by the time I can download it or its about issues I haven't read yet. The Who talk made me tune in.

PS I have the Technical Guide. Its seriously outdated coming out during the mid-seventies, but its a fun piece of memorabilia.

I'm actually enjoying the Who updates from Pants. It dosen't bother me anymore than updates on Walking Dead or Arrow. (of course it does help that I watch the show :D )

In some episodes of Doctor Who Billie Piper's Rose character got increasingly annoying for me. Anyone else get that feeling?

Always enjoyable to hear Chris from Wild Pig guest on these Spotlight episodes. I didn't start getting the series until the late 80's (Inferno crossover) but I have gone back and read most of the silver age stuff. The Roy Thomas/John Bucema stuff is definately among the better runs from the Silver Age.
