Wood had posted this on another forum. It's a few years old but most if not all of the links are active and the descriptions are pretty accurate.
Marvel
Amazing Spider-Man #697 & 698
Daredevil: End of Days #2
Fantastic Four #1
Image
Cyberforce # 2
Bedlam #2
Dynamite
Masks # 1
And maybe
DC
Justice League Vol 2 HC
I have read any of the single issues and it's half off at DCBS
Action #775 from 2001 was "What's So Funny About Truth, Justice, and the American Way" which is the basis for the Superman Vs. The Elite DVD. The Geoff Johns/ Gary Frank run from 858-870 which included a Legion and Brainiac story were very good.
I believe TFAW is Things from Another World. It's an online comic shop that often runs sales on nick and dent items and they almost always have Marvel Adventure books. I've order from them a few times with good results.
Ok, I just got back from the movie so here are some initial thoughts.
SPOILER warning for anybody who didn't pay attention to the thread title.
The rehashing of the origin was my biggest concern going in and I actually enjoyed that portion of the…
I'll be going in a couple of hours so I'll try to add my thoughts on it. Going into it, I'm not thrilled about having to sit through the origin again, but I do like the cast and the Lizard as a villain so I'm hopefull it will a least be good.
I already had this ordered since it was the 50th anniversary issue and I loved the cover. They always have some kind of gimmick for the anniversey issues. Six arms, hologram covers, etc.
Hey guys, just wanted to share my thoughts on the recent Heroescon for any who may be interested. This was my first con and had I not started listening to CGS I don't know if I would have ever had the motivation to go. I had a great time at the con.…
I always recommend Invincible. It feels to me like the 60s Marvel comics of a young person finding out they have superpowers but through the eyes of Kirkman. There are around 80 issues or so and there have only been 2 artists so that stays consisten…
On second look, maybe it does include the 2.1. It's not listed as 2.1 in the description of the features but the box art says it includes both the theatrical and extended versions.
Unless I'm missing it, it looks like this doesn't include the Spider-Man 2.1. Not that this is the end of the world but it bothers me that Sony can't seem to put out a set with everything together.
Lots of 80's love here
Amazing Spider-Man 229-230 - "Nothing Can Stop the Juggernaut". Is it hard for anyone else to believe JRJR has been drawing Spidey for over 30 years?
Amazing Spider-Man 238-239,244-245,248-251,259-261 - I know these are spre…
